Appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic

 

Due to the ongoing Covid19 crisis Hedena Health Ltd is currently operating in a different way.  We are protecting patients and staff by reducing patient/GP face to face contact as much as possible.  It is important that If you have any concerns, questions or queries that you would normally discuss with your GP that you  contact us.  You can begin an online consultation or you can telephone us on 01865 227788. Our Clinician's are available to talk to you via a telephone or video consultation and if necessary they will then arrange for you to be seen.  Please note you can order repeat prescriptions via our online form.  

Please wear a face covering when visiting the practice for a face-to-face appointment.

We ask that a face covering is worn when patients have an appointment to visit a GP or nurse and that the face covering covers the nose and mouth.We are encouraging this for the safety of both staff and patients

Changes due to Coronavirus

As part of the NHS’s efforts to protect you and health workers at this difficult time, Oxfordshire GP practices have changed the way they work in your area.

The most important thing you can do to stay safe, protect your family and protect your NHS doctors and nurses is to follow public health advice to stay at home and keep your distance from other people.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE GP SURGERY IN PERSON. If you need health advice for suspected coronavirus, contact NHS 111 online or by phone. You can also contact your GP practice through its online consultation service or by telephone on 01865 227788 if you are concerned about Coronavirus or any other health condition or symptom. You will be offered a telephone appointment or you will be advised if you need to be seen by a doctor, and safe arrangements for this will be made.
