COVID-19 Vaccination Records

 

We’re aware of a national technical issue affecting the transfer of COVID-19 vaccination data from the system used at clinics into GP records (EMIS). This means that although your vaccination has been recorded, it may not yet appear in your GP record or in the NHS App.

 

What you need to know

  • You do not need to contact the practice — the issue is national and is being worked on.
  • Your vaccination was recorded at the time and will appear automatically once the transfer issue is fixed.
