Complaints Policy

As part of our ongoing development, we would like to learn from you. We like to hear about what we are doing well and we also want to hear about what we are not doing so well. We very much welcome any suggestions for improvement in our service.

If you have a complaint about a specific episode we would like to hear about it. This will be dealt with using the practice complaints procedure. Please contact our Operations manager in the first instance by completing the complaints form in writing, or via the feedback section section of this website.

We comply with the NHS Complaints Procedure.
