Shelley has been a GP at Hedena for the past year. Shelley grew up and did her training in Zimbabwe, qualifying in 2000. She came to the UK in 2001, where she undertook specialist training in London, initially on the Physicians training rotation, and eventually specialising in Care of the Elderly and Stroke Medicine. She later qualified as a GP after doing Paediatrics at St Georges Hospital, London. She has been a GP for 12 years and has worked in many surgeries, both in London and in Buckinghamshire, mostly as a long term locum doctor, prior to settling at Hedena.

Shelley is a true generalist and happy to see patients with any problems, however more recently has developed a special interest in oncology and in particular in immunotherapy.

Shelley works in a team with Dr Marcus Gleave. They are both in on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and Shelley alone on Thursdays.
