Vacancy: Team Administrator - Clinical Contracts Team
This role is to support the Clinical Contracts Manager in Administration, working under the direction of the Clinical Contracts Manager, striving to enhance a number of key systems in both clinical and administrative areas.
Among other duties, the post holder will provide:
- An administrative role to the Clinical Contracts Manager and Contracts Team as required.
- Coordinating internal and external meeting arrangements, preparing agendas and producing minutes for meetings
- Initiate and circulate relevant documents/reports prior to meetings
- Dealing with patients, and contacts within the NHS and other practices, both in person and on the telephone.
- Administration cover for absences and help with extra-ordinary workloads.
- To liaise effectively with the Patient Services Team and the Management Team
- Arranging annual appraisals with the Patients Services Admin team and coordinating all paperwork
- Diary Management for the Clinical Contracts Manager (including booking meetings)
- Scanning patient and team documents
- Reviewing and updating relevant Polices on Hedena’s internal Intranet

Essential criteria:
- Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presenting)
- Strong IT skills (generic)
- Flexible and cooperative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
