We are looking for a Patient Services Advisor (full / part-time) to join our friendly and innovative group of GP Practices in Headington and the surrounding area.

 

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday / Weekend availability
Work Location: In person

While prior call centre experience is desirable, it is not a deal-breaker – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to patient inquiries over phone
  • Warm reception of patients during in-person visits
  • Assisting patients during in-person visits
  • Addressing their questions and concerns
