While prior call centre experience is desirable, it is not a deal-breaker – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responding to patient inquiries over phone
• Warm reception of patients during in-person visits
• Assisting patients during in-person visits
• Addressing their questions and concerns

With a focus on work-life balance, we operate from 8am to 6pm (8am to 8pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays), with a Saturday morning clinic on a rotational basis for all Patient Services Advisors.
