Vacancy: Patient Services Advisor - Full Time




We are looking for a Patient Services Advisor (full/part-time) to join our friendly and innovative group of GP Practices in Headington and the surrounding area.

You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be computer literate, have high standards, and enjoy a busy customer service and call centre environment. The role is predominantly answering calls to the practice and dealing with patient queries so call centre experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.

We have been successful in managing public health initiatives to help improve the lives of the communities that we serve as well as promoting collaboration with neighbouring practices to ensure the best for our patients. We are heavily involved in the Covid Vaccination programme and helping to deliver vaccination clinics to our Patients in the Oxford area. 

We have a focus on staff wellbeing through initiatives such as an annual Away Day, staff outings (a boat trip is booked for the Summer and our Christmas and summer parties are legendary), and a Hedena running club.  Fresh fruit deliveries and homemade cakes and goodies are a staple in our staff room and morning coffee is in our sunny Quad! We are situated in an ideal location in Oxford right next to a large, beautiful Park and staff parking is available.

We are open from 8am until 6pm (8am to 8pm on Wednesday and Thursday) so you must be available to cover these hours. We are also open for a Saturday morning clinic, which all Patient Services Advisors take turns to cover on a rota basis.
