Arthur Sanctuary House (John Radcliffe Hospital site)
Branch surgery closure
As you may be aware, we have had to close our branch surgery at Arthur Sanctuary House on the John Radcliffe Hospital site.
Services at the branch surgery stopped with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic when Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, which owns the building, needed to use it as a virus testing site for its staff.
The Trust recently informed us that it intends to continue using the building for its own services in future and has not renewed our lease.
As a practice we feel our new ways of working with more online, telephone and video appointments mean we no longer need the space provided at Arthur Sanctuary House. However, we understand that closing the branch may affect you or your family. If you have any concerns about Hedena no longer providing face-to-face appointments at the John Radcliffe site, we want to hear from you.
Please think about your transport needs, surgery opening hours and location.
We will look at all your feedback to see if we can offer other options for you to access our services.
Please forward your views via our online form by Friday 2nd October
Please do not telephone Hedena Health directly with your views as staff are busy helping patients.
Thank you. Hedena Health Ltd
