When contacting the practice one of our Patient Service Advisors will ask for information regarding the reason for you contacting us.
- This is to help assist our clinical team who will then your triage your request to ensure that you can receive appropriate care and treatment.
- the information you provide will be triaged by a clinician within 24 working hours then one of our Patient Service Advisors will contact you via SMS or telephone call with an update and an appointment booked if necessary.
- If your symptoms are medically urgent please be reassured that you will be contacted the same day.
